WHY WAS THE ECONOMY AFFECTED?
The local community uses a lot of the natural resources around them to survive, but one of their main incomes was tourism. Since the tourism went from 100 to 0 after the lockdown in Guatemala hundreds of jobs where lost around the area.
Now this is why we have decided to create this community project, so that with your help we can provide the locals with some basic medicine supplies, higiene supplies like toilette paper, toothpaste, toothbruses, water and also basic grains.
